“Marley Spoon & Mastercard 2018 Giveaway” Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- This giveaway is being held by Marley Spoon Pty (Marley Spoon) Ltd.
- This giveaway is open to all Marley Spoon customers living in Eligible Delivery Areas who sign up to a Marley Spoon flexible membership using a Mastercard between 24th May – 20th March 2019 (300 days).
- The minimum age for participants is 18 years of age.
Entry
- This giveaway starts on May 24th 2018 at 12.01am and closes on March 20th 2019 at 11.59pm.
- To enter, Eligible Entrants must sign up for a Marley Spoon flexible membership using a Mastercard during the Promotion Period.
Prize and winning
- The random prize draw will take place weekly (Building 2, 2.03, 190 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015).
- 7 winners will be randomly selected each week from eligible entries received during the following weekly periods;
Decisions will be final.
- Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw.
- Marley Spoon employees are not eligible to win.
Winner Publicity:
- In accepting a prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter. The prize winner they give a perpetual, unrevokable license for the Promoter to use any images associated with the competition without charge.
The prize/prizes/reward are/is:
- A free box of Marley Spoon on the subscription the winner signed up for. This box can be either family or couples and up to a 4 meals.
- It is not possible to exchange any prize/ reward for its monetary worth.
- Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes/reward offered and won, by Marley Spoon or appropriate affiliates, for other goods or money.
Prize conditions
- Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
- If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes no secondary prize draw will be conducted.
Prize Fulfilment
- The free box will be applied in the form of a 100% discount to winners’ accounts by Marley Spoon (Building 2, 2.03, 190 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015) weekly.
- Marley Spoon takes no responsibility for the delivery of prize to winner at conclusion of promotion
