“Marley Spoon & Williams Sonoma 2018 Autumn Giveaway” Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- This giveaway is being held by Marley Spoon and Williams Sonoma.
- This giveaway is open to all Marley Spoon customers living in Eligible Delivery Areas who have ordered a Marley Spoon Autumn Roast between 5th April – 5th May 2018.
- The minimum age for participants is 18 years of age.
Entry
- This giveaway starts on April 5th 2018 at 12.01am and closes on May 5th 2018 at 11.59pm.
- To enter, Eligible Entrants must place an order for a Marley Spoon Autumn Roast during the Promotion Period.
Prize and winning
- The random prize draw will take place on Tuesday, May 7th at (Building 2, 2.03, 190 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015).
- The winner will be randomly selected.
Decisions will be final.
- Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw.
- Marley Spoon and Williams Sonoma employees are not eligible to win.
The prize/prizes/reward are/is:
- $500 Gift Voucher
- It is not possible to exchange any prize/ reward for its monetary worth.
- Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes/reward offered and won, by Williams Sonoma or appropriate affiliates, for other goods or money.
Prize conditions
- Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
- If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on (May 21st, 2018) If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by email within two (2) business days.
Prize Fulfilment
- The $500 Williams Sonoma gift card will be dispatched to winner(s) by Marley Spoon (Building 2, 2.03, 190 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015) on May 8th, 2017
- Williams Sonoma takes no responsibility for the delivery of prize to winner at conclusion of promotion
