You will need to create an online account at marleyspoon.com.au and link your registered Everyday Rewards account in your Marley Spoon User Information page to start collecting Everyday Rewards points on eligible purchases. If you have an existing Marley Spoon account, login and link your registered Everyday Rewards account in your User Information page. Your accounts must remain linked in order to collect Everyday Rewards points.

No. You can provide the Everyday Rewards account details of any member, provided you have their consent to do so. Please ensure you provide the correct Everyday Rewards card number.

No. Only a registered Everyday Rewards card number can be provided in order to link your Marley Spoon and Everyday Rewards accounts and collect points on your eligible marleyspoon.com.au purchases. If you have a temporary card, please register your card to begin enjoying more from Everyday Rewards and partners.

You will need to login to your Marley Spoon account to unlink your Everyday Rewards account; this is done via the User Information page. By unlinking your account, you will no longer collect Everyday Rewards points on your eligible Marley Spoon purchases.

You won’t collect Everyday Rewards points on gift cards.

Once your Everyday Rewards account has been linked, you will receive 1 point for every* $1 spent on every purchase made at Marley Spoon.

Everyday Rewards will let Marley Spoon know whether the Everyday Rewards card number you provided when you linked your account is valid, as well as whether you qualify for any additional exclusive Everyday Rewards points offers in connection with your Marley Spoon account and how many points you have collected under such offers.

Everyday Rewards will also let Marley Spoon know when the Everyday Rewards points to which you have become entitled in connection with your eligible marleyspoon.com.au purchases or otherwise in connection with Marley Spoon have been added to your Everyday Rewards account.

If you unlink your accounts, Everyday Rewards will also confirm to Marley Spoon that your Everyday Rewards account has been unlinked from your Marley Spoon account.

Your Everyday Rewards points will land in your balance within 14 business days after your order has been delivered.

You can pause or cancel your flexible subscription at any time. You can do so by calling Marley Spoon on (02) 6145 2910, by e-mailing contact@marleyspoon.com.au, or via the Settings page in your Marley Spoon account, under the section “Stop Subscription”. We require 7 days notice before your next scheduled delivery to process changes to your subscription status. You will not be charged for any cancellation prior to the cut off.

No. You will only receive Everyday Rewards points for every paid and delivered order made with Marley Spoon. You can edit, skip and cancel your order up to 7 days before delivery. You will not be charged for any cancellation prior to the cut off.

No. You will receive Everyday Rewards points on eligible purchases made with Marley Spoon.

Marley Spoon customers will need to create an online account at marleyspoon.com.au and link their registered Everyday Rewards account in their Marley Spoon User Information page to start collecting Everyday Rewards points on eligible purchases. Customers will earn 1 Everyday Rewards point for every* dollar spent on marleyspoon.com.au – specifically the website or mobile application accepting payment. Customers will earn Everyday Rewards points for every paid and delivered order made with Marley Spoon, after discounts, vouchers or referral offers have been applied. Customers will not earn Everyday Rewards points on Marley Spoon Gift Cards voucher.
