We’re flexible at Marley Spoon; we get that life throws up variables in routines and habits – and the last thing we want is for unneeded boxes to land on your front door step. So we’ve made it simple and quick to put a pause on your regular deliveries in just a few quick clicks. All you need to do is follow these easy steps.

How to skip orders using a desktop computer

1. To skip individual orders, log into your account using your email and password at marleyspoon.com.au/login
2. Click on “Orders” – the second tab on the top navigation bar
3. Underneath the individual order you’d like to skip, look for where it says “Delivery Day” and then click “Skip this order”, then follow the prompts and select “Confirm” to save your selection
4. To skip multiple orders, head to the “Settings” tab (the third tab on the top navigation bar), then scroll down to “Skip Deliveries” and click on “Edit delivery days”
5. You can toggle dates on and off up to 8 weeks in advance, and 6-7 days prior to your delivery day, depending on your state
6. Always remember to scroll down and click “Save changes”, or any changes won’t be applied!

How to skip your orders in the Marley Spoon app

1. Open the Marley Spoon app on your mobile device
2. Click on “Upcoming” on the bottom navigation bar
3. The dates for the next four upcoming boxes can be viewed and selected on the top navigation bar. If the date is green the box is scheduled for delivery
4. To skip one of these boxes, click on the date, then click on “Manage” and select “Skip this box”
5. To skip multiple deliveries, click on “My Account” on the bottom navigation bar, then click on “Settings”
6. Scroll down to the section “Skip Deliveries” and click on “Edit delivery days”
7. You can toggle dates on and off up to 8 weeks in advance, and 6-7 days prior to your delivery day, depending on your state
8. Always remember to scroll down and click “Save changes”, or any changes won’t be applied!
