Biography

As Culinary Creative, Catherine brings her love for delicious, fresh, home-cooked food to Marley Spoon. A foodie with a sweet tooth, Catherine has been cooking since a young age. Her love for desserts landed her as champion of reality TV show "Zumbo's Just Desserts" season 2, streaming on Channel 7 and NETFLIX. Since then she has worked as a pastry chef and runs a baking blog, www.zhangcatherine.com, where she shares delicious Asian-inspired desserts. She is currently working on her cookbook "Mochi, Cakes and Bakes", set to be published November 2022.
