Biography
After first working in the travel industry, Craig turned to food, launching an online cooking school to teach simple yet delicious dishes. A graduate of the prestigious Leith’s School of Food & Wine in London, he’s worked as a chef in Michelin-starred restaurants and private farms in his native Scotland. His food ethos is about starting with great ingredients, then transforming them into dishes that are more than just the sum of their parts.
