Biography

As Head of Culinary, Katy brings years of recipe writing experience to Marley Spoon. The author of 11 cookbooks, including The Hungry Campers Cookbook, A Moveable Feast and Slow Cooker Vegetarian, Katy has lived and worked in Sydney, Tokyo and her native London. An inveterate traveller, she developed a love of food through exploring French produce markets on family holidays. Before joining Marley Spoon, Katy was a leading food writer, stylist and food editor and has worked for many writers and chefs as well as all major Australian magazine and book publishers.
