Biography
As Culinary Creative, Max brings his love for delicious, fresh, home-cooked food to Marley Spoon. Immersed in fine food from a young age, Max's restaurateur family were pioneers of the Australian farm-to-table movement. With a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery, Max worked in some of Sydney's finest kitchens (est., Claude's, Moon Park), then in food media, fusing his cookery knowledge with a media and communications degree. He's in high demand for cooking, styling, writing and creating recipe content by publications and food companies, including Gourmet Traveller, Donna Hay, Taste.com.au, The Australian Women’s Weekly, Harvey Norman, David Jones, Queen, White Wings and CSR Sugar, to name a few. Max can also found across Sydney Farmers' Markets, selling his delicious Made By Max sauces and dressings.
