We’re proud of our beef. Australia leads the world in the grading of beef, meaning a consistent quality across our all-Aussie beef cuts, including beef mince, beef strips and rump steaks.

Protein-rich beef is packed with a range of health benefits, including good doses of iron and zinc. “These minerals are essential in supporting a healthy immune system and maintaining energy levels, which is especially important over the winter months,” explains Marley Spoon’s Dietitian, Rachel Scoular. “Australian beef is one of the richest food sources of haem iron – an essential component of red blood cells that allows the transport of oxygen through our bodies. Aim to eat two to three serves of lean red meat each week to help improve your overall health and energy levels.”
